Who We Are
Spectra Data Solutions is a custom-software development company founded in Tauranga, New Zealand in 2001. We specialise in customised software for data intensive business automation and marketing projects.
We work closely with you and your staff to fully understand your requirements before any technical work begins. Then we deliver technology driven software solutions that allow you to manage the flow of data crucial to your organisation.
Intuitive Usability
We believe strongly in a concept called Intuitive Usability.
This means any system we build must be easy to use. We aim to provide you with solutions that are so intuitive, that provided the user already knows their job, no additional training will be needed before they begin using the system.
To achieve this, we use a set of software development methods called Agile Programming – whereby users have access to the solution as it is being developed and give regular feedback to the developer about design and features that might have been missed during the design process.
This feedback maximises information flow between those who know the business (the users) and those who know software (the developers). This means the final solution meets the user’s needs, almost as if they built it themselves.
