Spectra Data built a system called Skill Tracker which tracks employee role requirements, skills and competencies. These requirements are then tracked against each employee to identify any gaps in their skills and training.

Incident and Accident Reporting Database
Business Process Automation
This system stores and reports statistics from all incidents and accidents reported by staff to management. It tracks recommendations and outcomes from each incident and automatically produces ‘Actions’ that must be signed-off by key staff to ensure the recommendations are enforced.
It also gives management the ability to query data dating back to 1998 so they can identify trends in safety performance.
